1. Techno Commercial Executive

Education and experience:

2 Years experience B.COM Graduate, with technical experience with technical background.

Role and responsibilities:

1. Responsible for material procurement at competitive price.
2. Get quotation from various vendors / suppliers.
3. Issue purchase orders after proper negotiation of price & terms.
4. Coordination with concerned departments for smooth functioning of the process & timely delivery of material at site
5. Generating new vendors and maintain good relationship with existing Vendors.
6. Follow up for timely delivery.
7. Maintaining different records related to purchase.
8. Organizing for timely payment of suppliers bills.
9. Payment follows up with Customers after material delivery.
10. Review inventories and order as required. Inventory Management through timely review of anticipated requirement.
11. Look after day today activity for administration and HR

2. Electrical Technician

Education and experience:

Diploma in Electrical Engineering (2 Years Experience) / ITI Electrician (4 Years Experience)

Job Description:

1. Knowledge and implementation of manufacture and commissioning & electrical panels & equipments.
2. Scheduling of repair, maintenance and installation of machines, tools and equipments, Identification & resolving of breakdown in timely manner.
3. Help in doing Technical Quotation and giving technical inputs for tenders.
4. Must be able to read engineering drawings and machine manuals and interpret information properly.
5. Should be able to undertake any other tasks directed by management.
6. Knowledge of AUTOCAD will be added advantage.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
